We offer USPS Priority Mail (domestic). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
ALL T-SHIRT ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT IN SEPERATE PACKAGES. ACCORDING TO WHAT YOU ADD IN YOUR ORDER. WE ARE HANDLING TSHIRTS IN DIFFERENT WEARHOUSE. EVERYTHING ELSE IN OUR SHOP, SHIPS TOGETHER.
you will be receiving MULTIPLE shipping tracking numbers if you place TSHIRTS with other products.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will contact you via e-mail, requesting an updated address and re-purchase of new shipping label.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (United States Postal Service) and address the issue directly with them. Becerro Brand "Ranch Wear" does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-13 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
